I haven't received my Magic Link

To log in, start on the Resume.com log in page and enter your email address to have a magic link sent to your email. There are a number of reasons that you may not immediately receive the email with your magic link.

  1. The email may have been filtered into your Spam or Junk email folder. Please be sure you've checked there for your login email.
  2. You may not have a current Resume.com account under the email address you entered. You can try another email you own or you can create a new account with your current email address.
  3. You may have accidentally mistyped your email address. Try again and double-check your spelling before clicking "Send Magic Link."
  4. Currently, the system only recognizes emails typed in all lower-case. We hope to have this fixed soon, but for now, please do not capitalize any letters in your address when requesting the link.

If you've checked on all of the above possibilities and still have not received your Magic Link, please contact support to review your issue.
